Transformation in mHealth and MedTech 

Mobile technology has expanded dramatically around the world. According to the Cisco Visual Networking Index, global mobile data traffic has doubled for the fourth year in a row. And looking toward the future, the report estimates that “global mobile data traffic will increase 18-fold between 2011 and 2016”. By the end of that time period, it is projected that there will be 10 billion mobile devices in use around the world

The objective of the Israel to US mHealth and MedTech Health Venture Fair was to showcase new and innovative technologies that will transform the way health care is delivered in the 21st Century.

The Venture Fair provides an opportunity for participating companies (medical technology, pharmaceutical and health information) that have disruptive products to meet with industry leaders, investment bankers, fund managers, family offices, broker dealers, and high net-worth individuals with whom we’ve built relationships with over the years. We anticipate over 100 accredited investor attendees. Most of the large insitutional investors from companies like GE, Siemens, Medtronics, J&J, Pfizer, Merck etc have been invited to the Venture Fair.

Presenting Companies 

Prior to the Health Venture Fair, 6 companies were be selected to give a presentation during the event. Other companies were also given an opportunity to showcase their products through both a physical display of their products at the main Exhibition Hall of the mHealth Summit and through a new and exciting virtual exhibition hall and online access that will be made available to those that register for the Health Venture Fair.
